Types of dried seafood
1. Dried fish
Dried fish refers to fully sun-dried fresh fish. Dried defatted fish is made of good fresh fish as raw material, and is refined through high temperature cooking, drying and other procedures, and all indicators meet the standards set by the state.
2. Dried scallops
Dried scallops are dried products of scallops. Rich in nutritional value, it has the functions of nourishing yin and kidney, and regulating the stomach. Regular consumption helps to lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and replenish fitness.
3. Fish glue
Isinglass is a kind of glue with strong adhesion obtained by boiling the skin, fins and bones of fish (such as cod, haddock or hake) with water.
4. Dried squid
Dried squid is made from fresh sea fish and calamari, mainly produced in Nanhai, Haikang, northern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Qinzhou, Dongshan, Jinjiang, Xiamen in Fujian Province, between Kowloon and Shantou in Guangdong Province, China.
5. Shark fin
Shark fins are made by drying the fins of the shark's chest, abdomen and tail. According to relevant regulations in China, dishes made from protected animals such as shark fins are not allowed in official receptions.
